The project has already met the bidding conditions, and the construction of the project is now subject to public bidding.

2. Project overview and bidding scope

2.1 This project is located in Wenquan District of Weifang High-tech Zone, east of Gaoxin No.3 Road and south of Taoyuan Street, including road landscape engineering, water supply and drainage engineering, irrigation engineering, landscape lighting, greening engineering, outdoor fire hydrant, etc.

Estimated price of 2.2 construction contract: 15.960093 million yuan.

2.3 Planned construction period: it shall be completed within 90 calendar days from the date of receiving the written commencement notice issued by the tenderee and meet the acceptance standard.

2.4 scope of bidding: construction and quality warranty of the contents agreed in the bidding documents and construction drawings.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 This tender requires bidders to have Grade III or above qualifications for general contracting of municipal public works construction, have a valid safety production license, and have corresponding construction capabilities in terms of personnel, equipment, funds, etc. Among them, the project manager to be assigned by the bidder must have a certificate of registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in municipal public works specialty (must be registered in the unit), and have a valid safety production assessment certificate (Certificate B).
