In order to ensure the smooth implementation of Yibin "Shuangcheng" 2024 Spring Festival atmosphere, our company adopts the open recruitment method to select a construction unit to complete the implementation of the project. The relevant matters are hereby announced as follows:

Overview of 1. works

(I) project name: Yibin "Twin Cities" 2024 Spring Festival atmosphere creation;

(IV) quality requirements: qualified and meet the recruitment requirements.

2. Duration Requirements

(I) duration: about 30 calendar days, installation and commissioning shall be completed before January 31, 2024.

(II) maintenance cycle: after the installation and commissioning are completed, the implementing unit shall maintain each node of the project until March 10, 2024. if the facility fails during the period, the implementing unit shall complete the maintenance on the same day.

(III) demolition time: complete the demolition before the end of March 2024, subject to the notification time of recruitment. The dismantled materials belong to the candidates.

The ceiling price for 3. election: 2231800 yuan.

4. recruitment scope

According to the characteristics of each node and road within the scope of "Shuangcheng", the implementation plan and content of atmosphere construction are drawn up, as follows:

(I) node scheme content

1. The node of the Municipal Science and Technology Museum takes "the capital of power batteries" as the theme, and presents Yibin to realize the expansion of power batteries into a green new energy industry through the design of local industrial clusters such as new energy vehicles and crystalline silicon photovoltaics.

2. The theme of AD π Square node is "Happy Forest", and the colorful "Wisdom Tree" is decorated with singing colorful elves, laughing and lively, creating a scheme in line with the trend of young people.

3. The theme of the node on the side of Shaping Road in the University Science Park is "Magic Science and Technology World". The whole lawn is made into a dreamy atmosphere with light belts. The LOGO is extended and decorated to form the image of the Year of the Dragon. The halo is surrounded to create an atmosphere full of science and technology, reflecting the inheritance and development of Yibin science and technology.

4. The theme of the node on the North Yangtze River Road in the University Science Park is "Thousands of Lights and Wanfu". All kinds of festive New Year elements are scattered on the lawn of the flower bed. The high light pole leads the red line to the middle and hangs on the light carved lucky lanterns. The overall atmosphere is festive and looks lively.

5. The theme of the node at the spiritual fortress of University Road is "Sailing". Through the dragon going out to sea, it shows the prosperity of the dragon, cuts through the waves, expresses the good wishes of the students in the university city, and sets sail.

Contents of (II) road scheme

1. The theme of the roads in the Kechuang Center is "prosperous". Big red balls and golden lucky pendants are used to decorate trees. The road light poles are decorated with red lanterns, forming a colorful grand road and creating a strong flavor of the Spring Festival.

2. Zhengrong Road (about 5km from Changcui Road to the node of the high-speed toll station) is decorated with red lanterns with a diameter of 100CM, and a group of lanterns are hung from each other. The 3-kilometer-long street trees on both sides of the section from Changcui Road to Chengdu Technology are decorated, one for each of the 3 street trees, with the theme of "Persimmon Ruyi.

3. University Road (about 4.4km from Shigang Road to Huanwan Road) is decorated with red lanterns with a diameter of 100CM, while Shigang Road (about 450 m from University Road to Baita Road) and Longxing Road (about 620 m from University Road to Zhengrong Road) are decorated with red lanterns with a diameter of 80CM. A set of lanterns hung from a light pole to add a festive atmosphere to the road.

Under the premise of ensuring the quality, progress, construction period and effect, the successful candidate shall complete the detailed design of atmosphere creation of each node and road lamp group (including but not limited to daytime and night scene renderings, technical parameters and quantity of lamp group, etc.) within 5 calendar days (included in the 30 calendar days of construction period) and submit it to the candidate for approval, in the detailed design, the specifications and dimensions of lamp groups, lamps and decorative components shall be clearly marked, and the final approved implementation plan shall prevail. During the design process, the candidate has the right to adjust the plan of the list items. If the amount of work is reduced as a result, the candidate shall not make economic claims to the candidate.

Basic qualifications for 5. to participate in the election

The (I) has the status of an independent legal person in the the People's Republic of China, and the legal certificate is legal and valid.

(II) have the ability to independently conclude and perform contracts, including artistic creation ability and professional technical ability, capital, equipment and other material facilities, management ability, experience, reputation and corresponding practitioners.

One person in charge of the (III) project, with the second-level construction engineer and above qualification or engineer and above title of municipal public works; one technical person in charge, with the second-level construction engineer and above qualification or engineer and above title.

The (IV) has the municipal public works construction general contracting level 3 and above construction qualification.

(V) has a completed or ongoing performance of similar projects such as road lighting or lantern shows or lantern groups or lantern exhibitions with a contract value of $2 million or more since January 1, 2020.
