Bidding Control Price

The bidding control price is 8% lower than the total budget price: that is, 62.56 yuan/lamp for street lamps, 4422 lamps in total, and the total bidding control price is 276600 yuan. If the quotation exceeds the bidding control price, it is invalid and shall be treated as invalid bidding documents.

QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS

Enterprise qualification category

Have the qualification of Grade III or above for professional contracting of urban and road lighting projects within the validity period and obtain the safety production license within the validity period.

Project Manager Qualification Level

The project manager to be assigned is a regular employee of the company, who normally pays social insurance, has the qualification of a second-class registered construction engineer or above in mechanical and electrical installation engineering, and has a valid Class B safety production assessment certificate. The social security certificate paid by the bidder for any month in the past three months;

Registration Requirements

1, the project leader has no construction in progress;

2. The person in charge of the project shall not be employed or practice in two or more units at the same time: 1) sign labor contracts or pay social insurance in two or more units at the same time; 2) register his (professional) qualification certificate in two or more units at the same time.

3, the project does not accept the consortium bid.

2. Registration Method: The manager of the bidding unit shall, with the original business license, power of attorney and ID card, collect the bidding documents from Jiangsu Zhicheng Engineering Consulting Management Co., Ltd., 3rd floor, Jindu Hui Commercial Building, 305 Wenchang West Road, Hanjiang District, Yangzhou City.
