This project is a full-process electronic bidding construction project.

This bidding project is the EPC project of the new material achievement transformation base project in Longgang District, Huludao City. The tenderer is the enterprise information of China Communications Tianjin Waterway Bureau Co., Ltd. This project has already met the bidding conditions, at present, the roads (earthwork, roadway, sidewalk, side stones), lighting (box transformer, street lamp, foundation, grounding, pipeline, cable hand well 900*1200*1100), water supply pipeline (earthwork and pipeline foundation, pipeline, accessories and others, valves, pipeline wells), landscape (earthwork, planting, maintenance), rainwater pipeline (earthwork and pipeline foundation, inspection well) of Lianshan Road of the project professional engineering bidding.

Planned construction period: tentatively from December 25, 2023 to December 31, 2024 (the specific commencement date shall be subject to Party A's notice).

3. Bidder qualification requirements

Bidder qualification requirements: municipal public works construction general contracting level 3 and above (this project does not accept consortium bidding.)

Other requirements: 1. This project adopts electronic bidding, and the bidding unit must be the supplier of the cloud business platform that has been audited and put into storage.

5. Submission of Bid Documents

The deadline for submission of 5.1 bid documents (bid deadline, the same below) is 10: 00 on December 26, 2023. The bidder shall log in to the cloud provider platform (https://www.iccec.cn/) for submission before the deadline for bidding.

5.2 bid documents submitted late or not submitted shall not be accepted by the tenderer.
