1. Bidding conditions

Haishu District WCH-04-d1-1 Land Affordable Rental Housing Project has been approved by Ningbo Development and Reform Commission with Yongfa Reform Approval No. 2023 105. The construction fund comes from 20% of the financial contribution and 80% is raised by the owner. The owner of the project is Ningbo Chengwang Real Estate Co., Ltd., the tenderer is Haida Construction Group Co., Ltd. Enterprise Information, and the entrusted agency is Dewei Engineering Management Consulting Co., Ltd. Enterprise Information. The project has already met the bidding conditions, and now the flood lighting construction of the bidding project is subject to public bidding.

2. Project overview and bidding scope

2.1 Project Overview: The construction scale of the affordable rental housing project on the WCH-04-d1-1 plot in Haishu District is a total land area of 36300 square meters and a total construction area of about 93800 square meters, of which the above-ground construction area is 72600 square meters and the underground construction area is 21000 square meters. Construction site: Wangchun Industrial Park, Haishu District, west to Jingsan Road, east to planned road, southwest to planned river green belt, southeast to Jingsan Road.

Scope of 2.2 bidding: professional contract for the construction of floodlight lighting projects within the scope of the construction drawings of this project. For details, please refer to the bill of quantities. 2.3 bidding control price: 1061433 yuan (tax included).

2.4 construction period: meet the requirements of the general contractor.

2.5 quality requirements: national construction acceptance specification one-time acceptance.

2.6 safety requirements: qualified and meet the standard of safe and civilized construction site in Ningbo.

3. Bidder qualification requirements

3.1 Bidders must have a legal and valid business license, safety production license, with urban and road lighting engineering professional contracting level 3 and above qualifications.

The person in charge of the project to be 3.2 must have a registered construction engineer of Grade II or above in mechanical and electrical engineering, and have an effective safety production assessment certificate (Certificate B).

3.3 The person in charge of the proposed project shall not act as the project leader in any other contract project under construction (including the construction leader in the general contracting project) until the deadline for bidding.

3.4 The full-time safety production management personnel to be put into the project by the bidder shall not be less than one, and shall have the safety production assessment certificate (Class C).

3.5 Bidders and their legal representatives and project leaders shall not be dishonest enforcers. Before the announcement of the winning bidder candidate, the tenderee will inquire about the information of the winning candidate, his legal representative and the person in charge of the project (specifically, the inquiry on the "Credit China" website www.creditchina.gov.cn before the announcement of the winning bidder candidate shall prevail). If there is any information about the person who is dishonest, the qualification of the winning candidate will be canceled and the bidding will be reorganized.

3.6 This tender does not accept the consortium bid.

4. Acquisition of bidding documents
